Revenues and Benefits Training

Continual learning is essential to deliver the services citizens need

The increasing complexity of revenues and benefits presents departments with a significant challenge – ensuring that staff are technically aware and have comprehensive knowledge of the issues on which they need to make decisions.

We are a leading provider of local authority training. We deliver the high quality specialist courses that cover council tax, business rates, recovery and enforcement and other associated topics. These courses help to develop technically aware, multi-skilled employees that can help you to meet these ever-changing service requirements.

Our continual course development ensures our training is up to date with new legislation, informative and most importantly rewarding for employees. Whether our partners require a standard course or bespoke solution, we have an outstanding record of customer satisfaction.

Training options

We offer three main training options – a bespoke, in-house package, facilitated training or on one of our prearranged course dates (shown in the table below).

For in-house programmes simply tell us what training you require, when and where you would like it to take place, and for how many people. Prices are based on your individual requirements, with all-inclusive training packages starting from £900 + VAT per day.

We recognise that regular training, although essential, may sometimes appear unjustifiable in the current climate. Our solution is a facilitated course, where you simply provide a suitable training room and advise us on the maximum capacity. We then deliver the course on your premises and to your specifications, however, we market and sell the course externally to reduce the cost to you.

We can design and produce any bespoke training presentations and materials for your own use in either electronic or hard copy format.
