Arvato is hosting a one day conference to discuss how advancing technology is set to transform how customers interact with brands in the future.
Part of the Arvato Talks series, Customer Service 2025 will gather a pool of customer service experts to consider a range of topics from the demands of managing customer service anytime and through every device in a world of social media, virtual and augmented reality; the role of chatbots and artificial intelligence; to the impact of blockchain and the Internet of Things.
This exclusive event will be held on Tuesday 26th September in London, and will feature talks from a number of leading experts from Arvato and other tech organisations.
Debra Maxwell, CEO, CRM Solutions UK & Ireland, Arvato, said: “Advancing technology is already transforming how customers interact with their favourite brands and over the next couple of decades, the way we approach customer service will change beyond recognition. Customer Service 2025 will help businesses understand how to put the right technology, experience and people in place to embrace future opportunities.”
Hosted in partnership with the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF), the event will offer perspective, explore case studies and provide guidance on how companies can perform and transform as technology changes our landscape.
The event will take place at Arvato’s sister company Bertelsmann Music Group’s (BMG) headquarters at 5 Merchant Square, London W2 1AS. Check out the detailed agenda below.
