Arvato has partnered with children’s charity, Kidsafe to provide a safety pack to Castle View Primary School in Matlock, Derbyshire.
The pack is designed to help educate children at the KS2 level about the importance of safety in a fun and informative way. It contains a selection of engaging resources, including posters, leaflets and games.
The charity works with sponsors across the UK to help provide children with a better understanding of a range of potentially complex topics from racism, bullying and road safety, to drugs and crime prevention.
Peter Schriewersmann, Key Account Director (North), CRM Solutions, Arvato UK & Ireland said “Emphasising the importance of safety to children is an essential part of their education and the work Kidsafe undertakes with schools across the country is vital.”
“The key to the success of our local government partnerships lies in making a real difference to the communities in which we serve, and we hope the pack will give the staff at Matlock Primary School the tools they need to teach the pupils about safety in an enjoyable way.”
The Kidsafe sponsorship joins a list of community causes that Arvato is supporting in the local area. This includes an apprenticeship scheme, working closely with The Prince’s Trust to help disadvantaged young people get onto the career ladder and raising money for local children’s charity Bluebell Wood.
