Suzanne Proctor, one of Arvato’s internal recruiters, has been recognised at this year’s OnRec Awards, winning the Unsung Hero category and seeing off some stiff competition from other high performers from across the UK.
In her four years with the company, Suzanne has delivered and managed a high quality recruitment process across our contact centre business. Since 2014, she has led the Slough site through significant change, implementing a range of new initiatives, such as the employee referral scheme and video interviewing, while helping to reduce staff attrition rates.
Focusing on high volume recruitment, she has been continually successful in hiring the best multi-lingual speakers. This has been key to our successes in delivering European-wide customer service operations.
The awards which celebrate the success, growth, innovation, talent and achievements in the online recruitment industry, took place at The Grange Hotel, London on Thursday 10th March.
Sally Neale, HR Director, Arvato UK & Ireland, commented: “To be recognised with this prestigious award against tough competition from across the UK is a fantastic achievement for Suzanne. It is a testament to the quality of staff she hires to push our contact centres business forward.”
The prestigious Awards Ceremony, now in its 12th year, has cemented itself in the calendar as the industries must attend event, celebrating the very best in online recruitment.
