Our partnership with Slough Borough Council has been named as a finalist in the Partnership of the Year category for next year’s LGC Awards.
Organised by leading public sector trade title Local Government Chronicle, the awards recognise the work local authorities and their partners undertake to provide the best possible services to local people.
Our team will now present their case to a panel of expert judges. In this final stage, we will outline the work we do in partnership with the Council to deliver efficiency savings and improvements to service quality for residents.
The partnership has achieved a number of successes since the start of the contract, which commenced in 2012. Council Tax and Business Rate revenues have seen a rise of 11.3 per cent, with significant improvement in call answer rates and the number of citizens seen in our service centre despite a 20 per cent fall in customer services staff.
Debra Maxwell, CEO of CRM Solutions, Arvato UK & Ireland, commented: “It’s rewarding to see the excellent work we deliver through our partnership with Slough recognised by Local Government Chronicle. As well as delivering value for money, our partnership represents best practise examples of how a collaborative approach can enable council’s to tackle their current and future challenges.”
The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, taking place on Thursday 8th March.
