Our Swansea site has received the latest accreditations in cyber security and IT service management from the International Organisation for Standardisation.
The ISO 27001 information security standard recognises our efforts to design and implement best practice information security processes to protect both client and citizen data.
An independent review found our team at ISSC1 in South Wales has cultivated an employee culture that values cyber security and that they have effectively put in place controls which minimise the risk of cyber threats. This allows for the safe exchange of digital information.
In addition, our Swansea IT specialists have been awarded ISO 20000. This accreditation shows our Information Technology Service Management System (ITSM) is in line with the globally recognised standard for IT service management.
To receive the award, our team had to demonstrate effective procedures and policies to manage technical incidents, an integrated, consistent approach to the delivery of IT and a dedication to achieving client satisfaction and the continuous improvement of IT services.
Neil Thomas, Head of IT, ISSC1 at Arvato UK commented: “Securing the latest accreditations is an important way we show our clients we provide the very best IT service and support. We have invested significantly in cyber security and ITSM expertise and experience, to ensure that we are using the most effective processes and cutting edge technologies to mitigate the risk of cyber threats and successfully deliver industry recognised best practice IT service management.”
