Debbie Nolan, Business Development Director, CRM and Public Sector, Arvato UK & Ireland will be sharing her insights on local government outsourcing strategies for the future at NOA’s Yearbook Live event on Thursday, 3rd March. The event takes place from 4-7pm at Eversheds Offices, Wood Street, London.
Debbie will discuss findings from Arvato’s UK Outsourcing Index 2015 full year review, which is compiled by leading BPO and ITO research and analysis firm Nelson Hall, in partnership with Arvato. She will also explore the strategies local government can adopt to meet their transformation needs and the growing pressures from central government and citizens for front-line services to be digitally accessible. This includes shared service models, implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and ensuring cyber security regulations are met.
The NOA Yearbook Live is a one day event aimed at the outsourcing community. The event will launch the new edition of the NOA Yearbook and will also showcase organisations’ visions for the future of the industry.
