Arvato will be showcasing the potential of its Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution at this year’s Shared Services Conference, taking place in Liverpool on the 22nd November.
Debbie Nolan, Business Development Director and Mike Stewart, Acting Head of RPA, CRM Solutions will be delivering a seminar session alongside representatives from our partners Blue Prism, which will culminate in a Q&A panel discussion.
The session will provide delegates with an introduction to RPA and the marketplace trends, before giving an in-depth insight into how the technology works, its suitability in a shared services environment and exploring a case study about its implementation at Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council.
Following implementation within the partnership, RPA significantly increased the processing speed for a range of repetitive, administrative tasks, from signing people up to council tax direct debit, to applying discounts to customers’ accounts and manually uploading information, with 100 per cent accuracy. As such, council employees are now able to focus on value-added tasks to improve services for citizens.
Debbie Nolan, Business Development Director, CRM Solutions, Arvato UK & Ireland commented: “Significant budget cuts and increasing workloads driven by welfare reforms are putting increasing pressure on public sector organisations to deliver more with less. We’re keen to engage with as many delegates as possible to show how effective RPA can be in providing an innovative, fully-auditable solution to drive productivity and enable organisations to redirect more resources to business-critical work.”
The Shared Services Conference 2016 is being held at City of Liverpool College, with more than 200 delegates attending seminars, keynote panel discussions and business networking sessions.
