Arvato will be showcasing the potential of its Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution at this year’s International Festival for Business (IFB2016), taking place in Liverpool from the 13th June to 1st July.
Arvato’s Agility Team will deliver a ‘Meet the Expert’ masterclass session on the Thursday 30th June alongside representatives from our partners Blue Prism and Alsbridge, which will culminate in a Q&A panel discussion.
The session will provide conference delegates from across the world with an introduction to RPA, before giving an in-depth insight into how the technology works and exploring a case study about Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council to demonstrate the benefits it can deliver.
Following implementation within the partnership, RPA significantly increased the processing speed for a range of repetitive, administrative tasks, from signing people up to council tax direct debit, to applying discounts to customers’ accounts and manually uploading information, with 100 per cent accuracy. As such, council employees are now able to focus on value-added tasks to improve services for citizens.
Gordon Dalgleish, head of IT solutions, CRM & Public Sector, Arvato UK & Ireland commented: “Organisations across the public and private sectors are under increasing pressure to provide services that are better and faster to satisfy customers who now expect digital by default. This presents a raft of new challenges and offers an opportunity for them to get ahead in markets that are becoming increasingly dynamic and competitive.
“We’re keen to engage with as many delegates as possible to show how effective RPA can be in providing an innovative, fully-auditable solution to drive productivity and enable organisations to redirect more resources to business-critical work.”
IFB2016 is being held at Exhibition Centre Liverpool, with more than 30,000 delegates from 100 countries attending for expert seminars, business networking and deal-making.
