Gordon Dalgleish, head of ICT Solutions, CRM & Public Sector, will be delivering a seminar about the potential of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology at the Digital 2016 conference.
The session will cut through the recent headlines surrounding RPA and give an open and honest assessment of what the technology is and the role it has to play in delivering new efficiencies across the public and private sectors. It will also focus on Arvato’s RPA-as-a-service solution, providing a best practice example of its application within a local government partnership. The seminar will take place at 15:50 on Monday 6th June.
The event, which will be held at Celtic Manor in Newport between the 6th and 7th June, is now in its fourth year and will see industry leaders from the UK and abroad explore how new technology is revolutionising the way we live and do business.
Arvato will also be co-hosting the Beats and Bytes BBQ alongside leading UK cloud services provider Adapt and exhibiting in the main conference area throughout the two-day event.
Arvato is a proud member of the Welsh business community through our Shared Service Centre in Swansea. We are also actively involved in the broader community through partnerships with local organisations including Swansea Bay Futures, Swansea University and Swansea City Council.
Gordon commented: ‘Across Wales and across the UK, we have an extensive history of supporting our public and private sector clients along their digital journey. This ranges from helping brands to engage with their customers via digital channels, to introducing innovative technologies such as RPA to enable organisations to address challenges across their back-office functions.’
