For this role you should have experience designing and working with cloud technologies. Recent experience and understanding of the processes, challenges and architectural complexity of today’s Contact Centres and Service Portals/Communities will also be highly advantageous
You should have and be able to demonstrate experience in:
- Knowledge and experience of solution architecture frameworks and design methodologies.
- Demonstrate a wide breadth of technical knowledge of contact centre technologies: Voice, IVR, webchat, email, an understanding of API’s, cloud services and web services e.g. Genesys, ZenDesk, AWS, Azure, O365
- Comfortable operating at many levels, technical, SME, vendor, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of security standards and accreditations such as CE+, PCI DSS and ISO 2700
