You will lead on HR projects and ensure HR work streams are concluded on time, within budget and to a high standard delivering outcomes agreed.
Deputise for the Head of HR and HR operations when required, ensuring the HR Business Plans are achieved and act as HRBP providing strategic and operational direction to Arvato directorates.
This will be a challenging role and would really help if you have experience in a CRM/Contact Centre/BPO environment.
Primarily you will be:
Design strategies and lead/manage diverse range of HR projects to completion to ensure delivery of outcomes agreed.
Lead the HR workstream on creating policies and practices for homeworking/remote working and hybrid models.
Ensure HR Policies support the needs of the business, reflect best practice, are scalable, reduce risk and maintain compliance.
Provide employment law advice to the business and ensure policies and practices reflect current legislation
Support the Head of HR with bids and tenders
Provision of meaningful data analytics for policies and practices and other areas as and when required
But most of all you will be bringing new ideas, managing HR projects to completion and being part of an exceptional team.
