As well as taking ownership of customers' concerns and acting as their primary contact, you’ll learn all about Zara’s portfolio of products too, so that you can truly understand each customer’s unique needs. We’ll also rely on you to act as an intermediary between the customer and the appropriate department when necessary, in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Based in our office (Farnham Road Slough)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, working between Monday to Saturday, 8:30am - 8:30pm with pre-advised shift patterns however our offices are open 6:30am - 9pm, 7 days a week.
