We are recruiting the following roles out of our Willerby (near Hull) office:
- Transactional HR Admin (20 hours p.w)

We know that the traditional working framework may no longer suit everyone.
Therefore, as a minimum we can offer one day per week working from home, with a view to continually review and adapt our processes to maintain a healthy relationship between your working and home life.
A summary of the position:
Handling high volume administrative and transactional activities related to Arvato colleagues changes
Manage and priorities personal workload to agreed SLAs
Provide efficient and accurate administration of Employee Life Cycle activities
Rapidly escalate transactions and issues that need further input or resolution, as per SLA’s
On/off boarding, leave management, HR compliance, records management and retention.
CIPD Level 3 or above. Previous experience of HR system Mitrefinch or similar system
