Customer Relations Consultant – BMW Genius (Ref: 91)
You will Provide extensive and in-depth BMW Product and Service knowledge, acting as a brand ambassador with the utmost integrity to guide, advise and nurture the customer towards buying a car, setting expectations around suitability of the vehicle for their driving needs and building a comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
- Guide the customer through the online retail journey, supporting them on the information of the processes that may happen at the dealer or retailer facility e.g. (Car test drive, trade in etc.)
- Ensure that all needed features as specified by the customer during the product consultation are integrated in the vehicle configuration and any missing features are added.
Key Requirements: Experience in communicating with a high volume of premium customers to deliver an outstanding service, ideally via a variety of channels i.e., telephone, social media, posts, text chat.Experience of organising and co-ordinating tasks; in a high volume, highly detailed, deadline-oriented environment.Have enthusiasm or a high affinity for premium carsFlexible in working hours, in order to meet the needs of the organisation.To work as part of a team delivering a first class, professional telephone inbound service to support and delight BMWs existing Customers.Maintain an excellent knowledge of our client’s portfolio of products in order to understand and inform customer needs.Provide extensive and in depth BMW Product and Service knowledge, acting as a brand ambassador with the utmost integrity to guide, advise and nurture the customer and building a comprehensive understanding of their requirements. Salary £21,490 per annum
