This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and ambitious Training Specialist/s to play pivotal roles in supporting new hire training all for front-line Agents. Reporting to the Operations Manager this role will work alongside the wider operation to deliver interactive and creative learning interventions on processes and soft skills. Candidates must have experience of working in a contact centre environment and will have a clear understanding of coaching & training methodologies.
