- Fixed Term Contract (Full Time) – various contract lengths from 3 – 6 months –starting Mid-January 2022

Reporting to the project Operations Manager, Team Managers will work alongside the wider operation developing core processes and procedures whilst driving the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Candidates will have experience of leading and coaching teams and will have the ability to perform consistently to key metrics and tight timescales whilst creating a fun environment to work in.
Hours of work – 40 hrs with shifts covering 8-8 M-F, 9-4 Weekends
