One of our many commitments as an employer is to strive to create a challenging, enterprising and inclusive environment that provides equal opportunities for all of our employees. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential and can access the development, training and support they need to grow within our business and to pursue their careers.
Addressing gender diversity is a key focus for our business. Our current performance on gender pay – detailed in the link below – shows that the business is better than the national average. However, we acknowledge that the journey does not stop here. It requires clear, long-term planning, and the processes we are putting in place will help us achieve our aim of reducing the existing pay gap on an annual basis.
Arvato’s gender pay gap report explains how we are developing new strategies and approaches to improve and place a greater focus on building a more inclusive and diverse workforce. This includes refreshing our approach to recruitment and succession planning, an early careers strategy to cement our position in the top 100 apprenticeship employers and a new diversity and inclusion programme.
