Explore the future of the automotive industry and how this is transforming customer experience at exclusive Arvato event

Automotive is going through the greatest period of transformation since the end of the 19th century. But this is just the start. Over the next decade, the connected car will pave the way for a revolution in service delivery and how your customers interact with your brand. So you won’t be surprised to hear that we’ve got a view on it.

On Thursday 12th March, we’re hosting our next ArvatoTalks event, which will bring together a selection of leading industry figures and brands to discuss and debate the future challenges and how to prepare.

The exclusive event will include:

  • A talk by TV presenter, motoring journalist, and author, Quentin Willson
  • A round table forum, giving you the chance to interact with experts and colleagues from a broad selection of leading automotive brands, including BMW, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Jaguar Land Rover and Mazda
  • Drinks reception and lunch at Peel’s Restaurant at Hampton Manor for a Michelin starred dining experience

The event, hosted in partnership with the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF), will cover topics such as how electric and driverless vehicles are sparking changes for your brand, your customers and infrastructures; which players are taking control of the market, and the main disruptor brands accelerating change and steering the future direction of the industry.

We’d love it if you and your colleagues can join us.

New ‘who we are’ videos launch to highlight company values and how we go the extra mile for our clients

Our new ‘who we are’ video series showcase people from across Arvato’s partnerships, authentically showing what it’s like to work for Arvato. They share our organisational spirit and how employees embody the values and go above and beyond on a daily basis, to deliver outstanding services for our clients and their customers.

We’ve also created some animated videos to demonstrate our complex and innovative solutions in a visual and easy to understand way, highlighting the different touchpoints Arvato has across the customer journey.

You can view all of the new videos via the links below:

Sally Neale, HR Director, Arvato CRM Solutions UK, said: “We want to make sure that our people enjoy where they work, and have every opportunity to develop their skills and progress in their careers.”

“The videos tell a great story of how our employees are proud to work for Arvato, passionate about delivering great results for our clients, and pioneer new ideas – be it in their roles or through engagement and charity activities. So they really help us with attracting new talent, but also in demonstrating Arvato’s culture and capabilities across different teams and sites to our prospects.”

Our 2019 ‘Be 100% You’ award winners celebrate their achievements with an exclusive trip to Cheltenham

Last year, Arvato recognised 88 people from across client accounts through our monthly employee-voted ‘Be 100% You’ awards.

As well as receiving a prize worth £200, the eleven overall winners from each month were also invited to an exclusive awards dinner in Cheltenham with our CEO, Debra Maxwell and other members of the UK Board and Senior Management Team.

The attendees enjoyed a three-course meal at No 131 The Promenade and overnight stay at the boutique Queens Hotel, with the additional treat of being able to spend the following day off work to explore and appreciate the sights of Cheltenham.

Debra Maxwell, CEO, Arvato CRM Solutions UK, said: “It was important for me to be able to thank every person personally and ensure they are aware that we appreciate and respect the value they add to our organisation. The Board and I decided to host the winners away from their day-to-day environment and also ensure they had a bit of a treat to show how grateful we are. We are proud of all of our employees so it was a real pleasure to host this event for our ‘Be 100% You’ winners.”

Ahmed Aboukar, Winner of the ‘Bringing 100% every day’ award, commented: “It was great being part of the awards and I really enjoyed getting together with different members of the business. I have seen myself transition from a caterpillar to a butterfly in Arvato, equipped with a lot more knowledge in the outsourcing industry and still continue to learn from such a diverse team. Winning an award like this makes me feel motivated and valued that my work ethic is being recognised in the business.”

Kimberley Lea, Winner of the ‘Driving charity’ award, said: “I was quite surprised to win. It really was a team effort at Warwick. The highlights for me at the dinner were meeting with the other winners and brainstorming other charity opportunities where we can make a difference to others. The dinner was wonderful full of special surprises. We were all thankful for the amazing way we were all treated from the moment of our arrival until we left.”

Jeff Smith, Winner of the ‘Looking after our customers 100%’ award, commented: “Having recently been recognised for my outstanding customer service skills, and going onto win the competition – I was very proud to say the least. It just goes to show that Arvato recognise your hard work, commitment and dedication you demonstrate in your role. I’m very passionate about providing excellent customer service and always go the extra mile in making sure a customer is happy and satisfied with my company’s products and services.”
