“Working with senior colleagues has really allowed me to gain direction and have autonomy to make a difference on the account”
Passionate – For me, out of the three this is the most prevalent. Being passionate almost bleeds in both worlds, my personal and work life. I like to consider myself as someone who is an advocate of supporting people and what is important to them, inside and outside of work. Understanding our staff and knowing what is important to them and establishing what they are passionate about allows synergy and collaboration to take place. Being passionate often leads to finding a way to succeed which can be pioneering, this then leads to you being proud.
Working at Arvato has allowed me to not only utilise the skills I possess, but also my team and management have continuously supported me in my journey, empowering me to support others. Working with senior colleagues has really allowed me to gain direction and have autonomy to make a difference on the account. I’m super proud to be part of a movement that truly is outstanding, we have an amazing team and I’m regularly surprised and taken back with what is achieved.
Being able to make a difference and working with an elite team. The account I work on has taken a complete turn over the last couple of years and is really quite a success story, which I’m delighted to be part of. I often think of writing a book I have so many stories from working at Arvato and the countless challenges that have been overcome, especially with our site continuing to operate everyday throughout the pandemic.
I used to make and supply ice sculptures (many years ago) as a side business, supplying to weddings, parties, bars and other events. This was great fun, especially when they asked you to stay at the party!
