“You’re encouraged to ‘be 100% you every day’ in an environment that inspires success”
Which of our values is most important to you and why?
This is a tough decision as all three are important, however, I would say that to be proud in everything you do is my standout value. It’s important that we’re not only proud of our personal individual achievements, but that we’re also proud to be a part of a diverse, engaging organisation that strives for us to be the best version of ourselves.
Why do you like working at Arvato?
I like working for Arvato because there is a genuine feeling of belonging within the organisation. You’re encouraged to ‘be 100% you every day’ in an environment that inspires success. One of the things I love about working at Arvato is, regardless of which of our sites you may visit, you will always be greeted with the same friendly, warming and welcoming approach.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I really feel like I can make a difference as a HR Advisor. One of the main reasons why I love my role is that I get to work with people and fulfil my passion of helping others. Human resources may not look like the most glamourous department to some, however, there is always a great sense of pride and achievement in being able to help develop those around you and support your organisation to continue to grow and succeed through engagement, development and continuous improvement strategies.
Something people may not know about me…
I have such a passion for all things travel, especially going on city breaks during winter months! You might be wondering why specifically in winter? I really think it’s the prettiest time to travel, and if you’re lucky, there might be a Christmas Market with fabulous food & drink as an added bonus!
