Arvato has helped me gain independence and freedom by recognising my strengths and helping me develop from an apprentice into a full time role.
I enjoy that I have the opportunity to be involved in tasks that I’m interested in, for example administration and email communications.
Thanks to my role and being recognised by my colleagues for our company awards, I’ve had exposure to the wider business and even received advice from our Chief Operating Officer on how I can progress in my career.
Is that I have a learning disability, and when I joined Arvato as an apprentice, I had little confidence when communicating. Through my progression and from the support of my colleagues, I’ve become much more confident in speaking and interacting with colleagues and customers, and I feel a lot more comfortable when interacting socially.
