Arvato secures place on UK Government’s new digital framework for the fourth year in a row

We’ve been appointed to the UK Government’s new Digital Outcomes 6 framework, which will allow public sector organisations to access our specialist digital expertise and solutions through a flexible approach to procurement.

Overseen by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), the programme has been established to help government bodies quickly access trusted suppliers that can research, design, build, test and deliver software applications and secure digital services, as well as provide industry expertise. More than £4billion has been spent through its online Digital Marketplace since it launched in 2016, with £1billion of that being spent in 2021 alone.

This will enable Arvato to promote a range of services, from providing customer support, service desk operations and service design, to implementing new technologies, such as automation, as well as market individual specialists, such as business analysts, infrastructure engineers, cyber security consultants and service managers.

The business has significant proven expertise in delivering award-winning customer relationship management (CRM), business process outsourcing (BPO), digital transformation and intelligent automation solutions to innovative public sector organisations and some of the world’s most respected brands.

This includes current work with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (EFSA) to transform its customer experience offering, implementing new ways of working and technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation to promote self-service. We also have an extensive list of automation partnerships with Wales Air Ambulance, Neath Port Talbot Council, Hertfordshire County Council, global entertainment company Fremantle and the music company BMG, which are unlocking new efficiency savings and enabling their employees to focus on more valuable work.

David Morton, Sales & Solutions Director, Arvato CRM Solutions, said:

“This framework represents a great opportunity for us to build on our reputation for delivering digital transformation for government organisations, having already secured places on the G-Cloud 12 (RM1557.12), CCS Technology Services 3 (RM6100), Automation Marketplace DPS (RM6173) and CCS Contact Centre and Business Services (RM6181) frameworks. Our track record of providing market-leading front and back-office services to the public sector and having expertise in introducing new digital technologies, to help them better serve their citizens and communities – and it places us in a strong position to win new business.”

Arvato is an established partner with more than fifteen years’ experience working with the public sector, including running the UK Government’s first privately-operated shared services centre.
