We’ve won a place on the UK Government’s new Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS5) framework for the third year in a row. The agreement helps the public sector buy, design, build and deliver bespoke and secure digital solutions using a flexible approach to procurement.

The framework, overseen by the Crown Commercial Services (CCS), is designed to help organisations quickly access new technology solutions and industry experts by giving them the freedom to quickly choose from a wide selection of quality and trusted suppliers. £2.3billion has been spent through its online Digital Marketplace since it launched in 2016, with £1.1billion of that being spent since 2019 alone.
We’ve secured a place on Lot 2. This will allow us to promote our individual specialists, including business analysts, cyber security consultants and technical architects, to enable public sector organisations to access our expertise to deliver digital transformation.
Our business analyst roles focussed on security will see us work with Government departments and local authorities to establish, manage and monitor information security programmes and real-time events to ensure both compliance and a robust service. While our technical architects will support with design, planning, and providing guidance across systems, networks, information and processes to maintain their confidentiality and integrity.
In addition to this, our consultants will also be able to design, manage and evaluate complex cyber security policies and procedures linked to everything from personnel security and training to classified visits and physical security.
The appointment follows us already having won places on the Automation Marketplace DPS (RM6173) and G-Cloud 12 (RM1557.12), as well as the Contact Centre Services (RM3815) framework.
David Morton, Sales & Solutions Director, Arvato CRM Solutions, said: “We’re very proud to have won a place on this framework for the third year in a row. It provides us with a great opportunity to build on our track-record of providing market-leading front and back-office services to the public sector, to help them better serve their citizens, and our expertise in introducing new and innovative technologies puts us in a strong position to secure new business.”
