We’ve been appointed to the UK Government’s two-year Automation Marketplace DPS (RM6173) framework, which enables public sector organisations to access our expertise to deliver intelligent automation solutions and consultancy across their front and back office services.

The framework which is overseen by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has been established to help government buyers access trusted suppliers that can support with planning, design and implementation of automation into their systems and processes. The aim of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is to help public sector bodies save time and money on buying their goods and services and promote a ‘OneGov’ approach to procurement.
We’ve been appointed to deliver services across all areas of the framework including automation strategy and business transformation, problem solving with technical platforms, and providing resources, training and software licenses.
Arvato is an established provider of front and back office services to the UK public sector – where our clients include the Department for Transport, Neath Port Talbot Council and Chesterfield Borough Council – and a leading automation partner to a number of international brands including Fremantle and BMG. Our robotic process automation solutions have already delivered savings, cutting the cost-per-transaction by up to 95 per cent across our partnerships, and at Neath Port Talbot Council we’ve cut the time to process employee change requests from five minutes to less than two.
Mike Stewart, Head of Robotic Process Automation, Arvato CRM Solutions, said: “This framework represents a great opportunity for us to build on our reputation for delivering digital transformation for government organisations, having already secured places on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists, G-Cloud and CCS Contact Centre Services frameworks. We look forward to continuing to provide market-leading services to the sector and supporting them to drive significant new efficiencies through automation solutions that can speed up service delivery, reduce operating costs and human error, plug resource gaps and free-up their employees to better serve their citizens and communities.”
