We’ve been appointed to the UK Government’s new G-Cloud 10 framework for supplying Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consultancy, support and migration services, data migration and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Securing a place on the framework will allow us to supply technology and provide support to public sector organisations looking to transform and improve their services.
G-Cloud 10, run by the Crown Commercial Service, is designed to make it easier for the public sector to procure new technology and forms part of the government’s drive to be a world leader in public sector digital transformation. It gives organisations the opportunity to choose from a diverse selection of quality suppliers quickly and with confidence. We’ve been listed in the framework’s third lot, Cloud Support, allowing us to market the following products and services: Resource Planning (ERP) consultancy, support and migration services, data migration and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
ERP consultancy, support and migration services, will see us work with partners to implement cloud and on-premise ERP applications. The service can help deliver both large and small-scale projects, full end-to-end business processes or individual services, such as a managed payroll solution.
Our data migration services assist customers in the complex journey of transferring data from existing systems to new destinations – including data analysis, management and technical assistance.
RPA helps public sector organisations drive efficiency and free up people to focus on value-added tasks, through automating back office processes.
Debra Maxwell, CEO, CRM Solutions UK & Ireland, Arvato, said: “This framework represents a great opportunity for us to build on our reputation as a key strategic partner to the UK public sector.
“The G-Cloud 10 framework offers forward-facing public sector organisations a vehicle to easily and reliably access the latest technology, alongside the support needed to implement it and fully realise the benefits innovation can offer their organisations.”
In the public sector, Arvato has more than fifteen years’ experience, running the first privately-operated shared services centre for central government and delivering award-winning partnerships with local government authorities.
