We will be demonstrating our shared services and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) expertise at two of Wales’ leading procurement events on Thursday 9th November.
A team led by Fraser Tusler, Business Development Director, CRM Solutions will be exhibiting and speaking at Procurex Wales, the largest gathering of the Welsh procurement industry. The event, held at Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena, will bring together public and private sector organisations for a day of innovation, collaboration and education.
Fraser and the team will be showcasing Arvato’s expertise in shared services, in particular the efficiency benefits that can be gained by implementing RPA, to delegates at the event. Attendees will be able to find us at stand 30.
Between 1.55pm and 2.15pm Fraser will provide a presentation covering RPA and its use in the public sector, including a detailed case study of how we have applied the technology to deliver speed and accuracy improvements and cost reductions for our public sector partners.
Later that evening, David Thomas, Key Account Director Central Government, CRM Solutions will present at Procurex Wales’ sister awards bash, the GO Awards. The awards take place at Mercure Cardiff Holland House and recognise excellence and innovation across the public, private and third sector procurement process. We will be sponsoring the event, with David presenting the ‘GO Procurement Innovation / Initiative Award – Local Government, Welsh Government & Housing’ award to the category winner.
Fraser said: “We’re looking forward to sharing the expertise we’ve gained through operating shared service centres, including our over 200-employee strong base in Swansea. From this centre we are providing fully standardised back-office services for the Department for Transport for the first time in its history.”
“Our investment in advancing technologies has allowed us to help a range of public sector organisations make efficiency savings and free up valuable time for front line staff to help customers. Our presence at Procurex will give us the chance to illustrate these benefits to a wider audience of procurement professionals.”
