London, 2nd April 2012 - An innovative public-private partnership between Slough Borough Council and global business process outsourcer arvato will go live today (2nd April 2012), in a deal which will deliver £26.5m savings over the next 10 years and includes the transfer of 102 council employees on their existing terms and conditions and pension rights.

Valero markets fuel under the Texaco brand through the largest independent network of service stations in the UK. The migration of the Star Rewards IT platform will deliver a number of market-leading business processes that should help deliver a stronger commercial ROI.

London, 30th January 2012 – arvato UK & Ireland has expanded its existing supply chain agreement with Universal Music UK to include e-commerce fulfilment and customer service direct to consumers (D2C). arvato will deliver music and merchandise to consumers internationally and provide product information, returns support and manage order queries via phone and email.

London, 12th January 2012 – Sony Music UK has selected arvato as its exclusive e-commerce distribution partner in the UK and Ireland. Under the agreement arvato will provide supply chain services for Sony’s premium consumer offerings, such as music and exclusive merchandise from its MyPlay Direct artist stores including One Direction, Westlife and Kasabian.
