Our client, Kyle Christensen from Microsoft explains the relationship: “If you think about the amount of revenue entrusted to this project – more than $60 billion in 2011 – there was a lot of internal debate around whether putting all our eggs in one basket was the right thing to do. Continuity and risk management were carefully considered. But at the end of the day, we felt we wouldn’t be able to achieve all our objectives if we didn’t consolidate the processes with one partner. It just had to be the right partner.”
