Delivered in partnership with the Hull University Business School, the course covers the full Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control aspects of Lean Six Sigma. Participants put these into practice through a live business improvement project, structured around real work activities, which results in measurable improvements. For this training we provide a free ‘Kindle’ which includes the training material for the course. |
