challenge: to deal with an expanded service

arvato had previously worked with Lincoln University’s finance and HR departments to overhaul its payroll processes and systems. After the University merged departments with De Montfort University and some schools were relocated from Hull to Lincoln, arvato was tasked with maintaining and improving the current payroll service.

solution: to improve structures and systems

To manage the mergers and relocations, arvato assisted in restructuring payroll and HR administrative processes and reorganising the employee database, mapping processes to introduce better data collection methods. Together, arvato and the University developed an Internet Payment Platform reporting module to refine management information.
