Our people are supported by world-class technologies for enabling change and project management methodologies that ensure a consistent, high quality approach to implementing business solutions. These management tools include PRINCE2 and Rational Unified Process (RUP), linked to process improvement techniques, such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Milestones are established and delivered; overseen by dedicated project managers, and joint arvato and client teams to ensure success.

• We developed a Continuous Improvement Plan with Sefton Council to put the performance improvements in writing and monitor progress
