With growth being harder than ever to come by, our clients want to keep their customers and citizens happy. We increase customer satisfaction levels and loyalty by making sure our clients’ customers enjoy a positive experience including an enhanced and more consistent service.

  • We cut customer complaints for CTC by two-thirds and converted more than three times the number of lapsed members forecast, to support a minimum 5% year-on-year growth in membership
  • We supported an increase in Gumtree’s UK customer satisfaction to consistently reach more than 80%
  • Working with Sefton Council, we improved customer satisfaction to its highest ever level of 90%
