Birgit Neumann

Birgit Neumann is responsible for arvato’s global Customer Services and Solutions partnership with Microsoft.

Since her appointment in 2011, Birgit has been driving the implementation of a new global delivery model which is strengthening arvato’s integrated, client-oriented service offering.

Birgit joined arvato from Convergys where she was VP, General Manager International. Based in the UK, she had responsibility for the company’s international client base across the EMEA region and Australia and operational delivery across on and offshore locations. Birgit entered the outsourcing industry as a call centre agent over 14 years ago before spending a decade gaining extensive experience in large contract negotiations and offshoring in a range of operational and account management roles.

Birgit has a Business Administration Degree from the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Politik Hamburg and an MBA (Distinction) from Newcastle Business School, and lives in Muenster, Germany.
