Matthias Mierisch, Chairman and CEO, arvato UK and Ireland, International BPO
arvato’s experienced management team is led by Matthias Mierisch who has worked for Bertelsmann and arvato companies for more than 20 years. As well as leading the growth of the UK & Ireland business, Matthias also heads up the company’s focus on global BPO.
Andrea Kaminski, President International Finance and arvato Ireland
Andrea has been head of arvato’s finance services business in the UK and Ireland since 2005. She is responsible for the growth of finance services internationally across locations including the UK & Ireland, US, China, India, Brazil, Philippines, Singapore and Germany.
Mark Brown, Managing Director, Contact Centres and Loyalty
Mark joined arvato in 2007 to lead arvato’s contact centre, loyalty and customer retention business in the UK. Mark is responsible for the delivery of customer-focused, loyalty-inspiring and revenue-generating front- and back-office programmes on behalf of leading global brands.
Stefan Gläser, Chief Financial Officer, arvato UK and Ireland
The financial operations of arvato UK and Ireland are headed up by Stefan Gläser, who has 11 years of experience working in the Bertelsmann Group. Stefan has extensive experience in finance related matters including accounting, financing, strategic planning, risk management and controlling.

Markus Schmücker, Managing Director, Supply Chain Solutions
Since his appointment in 2009 Markus has been responsible for arvato’s supply chain division in the UK, driving the diversification of the business in core growth markets such as IT/high-tech, healthcare and e-commerce fulfilment. As part of his role he oversees arvato’s state-of-the-art distribution hubs in Milton Keynes and Hams Hall, Birmingham.

Debra is responsible for arvato’s public sector business in the UK, overseeing the negotiation and implementation of complex public-private partnerships and driving new BPO growth areas, including central government, public healthcare and beyond.
Birgit Neumann, Global Director Microsoft CSS
Birgit Neumann is responsible for arvato’s global Customer Services and Solutions partnership with Microsoft. Since her appointment in 2011, Birgit has been driving the implementation of a new global delivery model which is strengthening arvato’s integrated, client-oriented service offering.
